Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven freshers with a Java skillset to join us as Software Trainees. You will undergo structured training in Java programming, software engineering practices, and our product ecosystem. Based on business needs, you will work on diverse assignments that contribute directly to our product and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply Java and related technologies to assigned tasks.
- Contribute to activities across the software lifecycle including analysis, configuration, coding, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver quality outcomes.
- Follow company processes, coding standards, and documentation practices.
- Participate in product knowledge sessions, internal training, and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously enhance skills and stay updated on emerging technologies.
Technical Skillset
- Basic understanding of Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Familiarity with J2EE frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of databases (MySQL/SQL) and basic SQL queries.
- Awareness of REST APIs and web technologies.
- Understanding of version control tools like Git.
- Good logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
