Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and highly motivated Management Trainee – Partner Training Coordination with exceptional communication skills and a go-getter attitude. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates (0–1 year experience) from management or non-technical backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow in a global enterprise environment.

As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of training programs delivered across various formats (virtual, in-person, and self-paced) to our global partner network. You will gain valuable global exposure by working with stakeholders across different countries and time zones and play a key role in ensuring that training programs are well-planned, well-executed, and documented effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of partner training programs (planning, scheduling, organizing, tracking, and reporting).
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and global partner organizations to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions.
  • Maintain training calendars, attendee lists, and training progress reports.
  • Send timely communication, reminders, and follow-ups related to training events.
  • Ensure training logistics (platform setup, materials, invites, feedback collection) are handled efficiently.
  • Track and monitor attendance, completion, and effectiveness of training programs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and dashboards for management and audit purposes.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve training operations and participant engagement.
  • Coordination with the Channels team to support partner enablement.

Who Should Apply?

  • Fresh graduates with a degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related non-technical disciplines.
  • Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in training coordination, HR, or administrative support will also be considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams across time zones.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with tools like MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and online meeting platforms.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, global environment.
