Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with 3 to 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in the tech/product industry, to manage hiring for technical and non-technical roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent aligned to our company culture and values. This role will also offer exposure to other core areas in HR, enabling you to broaden your skills beyond recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team goals, and organizational culture
  • Own and manage the entire recruitment life cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, offer roll-out, and onboarding
  • Source profiles from various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, employee referrals, and social media
  • Drive employer branding and actively engage with potential candidates to build talent pipelines
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate technical interviews, follow-ups, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Maintain ATS records and prepare weekly hiring reports
  • Work on niche tech hiring (Java, QA, DevOps, etc.) and non-tech roles as per company needs
  • Contribute to recruitment process improvements and best practices
  • Collaborate with the HR team on initiatives related to employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and compliance (based on interest and bandwidth)

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT/Tech recruitment; experience in a product-based company preferred
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.)
  • Ability to assess technical and soft skills in interviews
  • Experience managing multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with a result-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
