  • Please give us a brief overview of your company

    Adit Microsys is in the business of providing total Information Technology solutions to help customers stay ahead in their respective businesses. We become technology partners to our customers, nurture long-term and mutually beneficial relationships to ensure they get optimal returns on their IT investments.

    We provide comprehensive and innovative technology driven solutions to help our customers to do business in a better and more productive way. We have experience of over 25 years in setting up, optimally configuring and managing IT infrastructure.

    We are based in Ahmedabad, operating since 1993, and with an experienced team of business consultants, project and technology managers, and infrastructure solution experts.

  • Could you tell us why you chose to partner with Cross Identity?

    We have always prided in bringing high-quality, value-for-money solutions to our customers.  As a company, we are looking out for more midmarket and enterprise customers particularly outside the state of Gujarat.  Our approach is to pick innovative solutions which are not commoditized products being sold by hundreds of partners.

    Cyber Security is the point of discussion for almost every organization ranging from SMBs to large enterprises. To secure IT, IDAM as technology plays an important role to ensure that the right person/user can access only the data they are permitted to access.  Cross Identity offers a great solution that provides, besides IDAM, Identity Governance, Password Management, Single Sign-On, and Multi-Factor Authentication. All these flavors under one roof make Cross Identity superior compared to most other solutions in the industry.

  • What do you think are the pain points of the IAM industry today, and how do you wish to address them?

    In most organizations, upper management is generally not aware of the operational and information security related issues that exist in the network.

    An audit is the biggest pain area for most organizations. It is a very time-consuming and manual access certification process. Unwanted accesses that are given to employees also lead to major security problems.

    Automation is also an important factor as it eliminates most of the human errors related to IT security and governance.

  • How do you see Cross Identity solutions in collaboration with your organization making a difference in the IAM space?

    We see Identity and Access Management as the future of real digital transformation. We would like to jointly work with Cross Identity and put our best efforts to take it forward.

  • What are your biggest strengths that you want to bring to the forefront along with Cross Identity?

    Being a 27-year-old company, Adit Microsys has its presence in different segments and verticals. Along with enterprises, we have a very good presence in the government and the PSUs as well. We, as a company, like to use our contacts and skills to promote Cross Identity. Also, we have an excellent presales and techno-commercials team who can be subject matter experts in the IDAM space for Cross Identity.

  • What do you think is the rising technology demand in this industry especially?

    Yes indeed, many organizations face greater identity and access management challenges today than they did 10-15 years ago. These challenges gradually increase with time as situations such as the current pandemic have created a new model of working – a hybrid of work from office, home, and work from anywhere. The task of managing the identity of everyone within (or sometimes outside contractors as well) an organization is a complex job. That is where IDAM plays a vital role to ease the identity management process.

  • What is your vision or roadmap for 2021 in terms of your partnership with Cross Identity?

    We plan to start off with a learning phase for our team by engaging with Cross Identity IAM SMEs to understand the product in its entirety, and gain deep knowledge about its many features and functionality. Parallelly, the inside sales team will initiate various marketing initiatives for lead generation, with a target of onboarding multiple customers in this financial year 2021-22.
